children need their fathers even if their mothers don’t.

I have been practicing divorce and family law in New York for over 20 years. Throughout all these years, I have witnessed many instances of bias and unfair treatment of men and fathers during legal proceedings, especially when it came to custody and parenting disputes involving young children. As a father, I learned the importance of my role in the lives of my own children. I strongly believe that children, no matter what age, need to have the presence, love, time and devotion of both Mom and Dad equally. Yet, many men and fathers find themselves having to fight and prove their value  as they go through the legal system that does not prioritize the importance of fatherhood enough. This needs to change and I’m dedciated to helping men and fathers to protect and advance their rights.

Fatherhood is a relationship between the father and his child. It doesn’t stop when a relationship with the mother ends. There is nothing more important to a child then to experience love and upbringing by both parents.
