New Client Consultations

booking information

We receive many inquiries each day from men and fathers that are looking for legal help fighting for their rights. Regretfully, our time is very limited and we are not able to take on every case. We also understand that we may not be the right fit for every client.
The purpose of the consultation is for our attorney to evaluate your case and determine the overall fit with our firm. You will learn about your legal rights, various legal strategies and methods available to you, and get a general idea about the estimated time and fees needed to address your legal issues. There is no obligation to retain our firm after the consultation, but should you decide to move forward, we will be able to move quickly with next steps. If you wish to set up a consultation, please choose from the options below.

Yes, our initial 20 min phone consultation is free of charge. Our consultations are with top rated family law attorneys.

Our initial legal consultations are done over the phone on a secure and private line. We can also accommodate a virtual consultation (via Zoom) or a in-person consultation in our main office (One Rockefeller Plaza, 11th Floor, New York, New York 10020) or at any of our satellite offices (via Regus.com) upon request. Please contact us for more details.

Our consultation with you (phone, virtual or in person) and the information you share with our attorneys is strictly private and confidential. Our firm will never share your information with anyone including your former partner, spouse or any members of the media.

During our consultation, one of our attorneys will obtain information about your specific divorce or family law matter. The attorney will identify and provide you with legal issues that must be resolved or that you may face in your case together with a general overview of the applicable law and legal process. You will receive information and answers related to your specific situation. We will also discuss our qualifications, legal fees and provide you with a quote for a starting retainer based on the perceived level of complexity and legal issues you are facing.  We will make sure to provide you with all the information you need to understand your situation and to make an informed decision.
